What a trip!! someone remind me why I am sitting at my desk working, when all of these places are out there to be explored. The great wall has been officially added to the list. I have always wanted to see the great wall ! You are one lucky dude! BTW , what is the actual purpose of the building in shanghai with the balls on it. I think it was called the JinMau Tower? Cheers!

Hi there Jeff, Wow I really love your pictures and reading about your travels. However, I have not been able to read every day as this move needs more of my time. But I am enjoying this. I haven't seen posts from the rest of the family that I email your blog to - prehaps they don't realize that this is a work in progress and are waiting for the next update. I will send out another link and tell them they can check it daily from now on. Sorry if you canback on the other day, I was doing moving things and left the room. Hmmm. this might mean a duplication, because I thought I just sent you a note. But instead my address came up. So Instead of repeating myself I will tell you about Dad. Today was his first day at work. He said it was quite slow and Many of those he was expecting to see where not there. Like his two immediate bosses. However he has made some decisions. First he has rented a furnished apartment close(5 miles) to work for 3 months. Not sure when he will start living there but I suspect the 1st of the month. He is adjusting to living with Mema, trying hard to keep with her living style. And Mema as I understand has been trying to set things up for Dennis. Catch you later. I wonder if you will get two posts or one from Me? Love Mom

Thinking that you could get yourself one of those travel channel shows? "Where the Pho is Jeff?" is definitely a great title. Just need a signature sign-off... maybe we can open it up for suggestions? anyone?
Jeff, I look forward to your blog everday since there is not a whole lot that I can do lately since surgery. To complicate matters I a, now wearing a cam walker for an injury at the wedding. Enjoy the trip and the pictures are awesome. Sharon
